Install it your way

Pick whatever works for the device in front of you.

USB stick

  1. Download the APK and copy it to a USB stick.
  2. Plug the stick into the screen and open the file with its file manager.
  3. Tap Install, then open Veyli Player.

On the device

  1. Open the screen's web browser and go to veyli.cloud/download.
  2. Tap Download for Android and open the downloaded file.
  3. Tap Install, then open Veyli Player.

From a computer (ADB)

  1. Turn on USB or network debugging on the device.
  2. Install the APK with ADB:
adb install veyli-player.apk

Android may ask you to allow installing apps from this source the first time - that's expected for apps outside the Play Store. The player is signed by Veyli; you can compare the SHA-256 above with the downloaded file.

Then pair it in seconds

  1. Open Veyli Player - it connects and shows a 6-character pairing code.
  2. In the dashboard, go to Screens and click Add screen.
  3. Enter the code and a name. The screen comes online instantly.
